Miyo Pimatisowin Wellness Services invites community members to take part in Lessons for Healing, a five-week addictions and recovery program offering education, encouragement and practical tools in a supportive environment.
Sessions will explore self-care, stress management, cultivating hope and gratitude, drugs and the brain, the effects of alcohol, opioids and pain management, and healing from drug addiction.
Dates: Wednesdays—October 7, 14, 21 and 28, and November 4, 2026
Time: 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Location: Miyo Pimatisowin Wellness Trailer
Snacks and drinks will be available. Participants will receive a certificate upon completion, and each session will include a gift-card draw and a self-care incentive.
