Wah Pow Healing Lodge is accepting applications for a Full-Time Shift Attendant.
The Shift Attendant provides security and protective services for clients, visitors, staff and property. Responsibilities include monitoring the facility, conducting patrols, responding to emergencies, de-escalating conflicts, completing reports and supporting general maintenance and clean-up duties.
Applicants must have a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, an Alberta Security Services Licence, a Class 4 driver’s licence with driver’s abstract, First Aid/CPR, TDG and WHMIS certification. A minimum of two years of sobriety and annual Criminal Record and Child Welfare checks are required.
Experience in security, working within a First Nation community, or community involvement is considered an asset. Salary will be determined upon hire.
