Councilman Micheal Lameman has provided a membership update following his attendance at the Treaty 6 150th Anniversary Gathering at Fort Pitt.
The update shares key reflections from the gathering, including discussions on Treaty rights, federal policy, First Nations funding, the Natural Resources Transfer Agreements and the importance of ensuring Treaty Nations are meaningfully involved in decisions affecting their lands, resources and future generations.
