Beaver Lake Cree Nation Pow-Wow Committee is inviting bids from experienced and reliable clean-up crews to complete the final clean-up of the BLCN Pow-Wow Grounds following the 2026 Annual Competition Pow-Wow.
The selected crew will begin work immediately after the event concludes on August 2, 2026.
Event Details
- Event Dates: July 31–August 2, 2026
- Location: Beaver Lake Cree Nation Pow-Wow Grounds
- Clean-Up Start: Immediately following the conclusion of the event on August 2, 2026
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean the entire event grounds
- Provide all required cleaning equipment and transportation
- Dispose of all waste responsibly and in accordance with local regulations
- Complete the work efficiently and within the required timeframe
Requirements
- Proven experience with large-scale clean-up operations
- Ability to complete the work efficiently and on time
- Access to the necessary cleaning tools, equipment and transportation
