A Boil Water Advisory has been issued for the Beaver Lake Public Water Supply effective immediately due to the potential for microbial contamination caused by a loss of pressure within the distribution system. The advisory will remain in effect until further notice.
Important: This advisory applies to households connected to the main waterline only. Private cisterns are not affected.
Residents on the main waterline must bring water to a rolling boil for at least one minute before using it for drinking, preparing infant formula, making juice, brushing teeth, washing fruits and vegetables, making ice, or any other form of consumption.
